La struttura sar\u00e0 infatti riservata al rimpatrio di stranieri che hanno commesso reati gravi, come quelli commessi nell\u2019ambito dello spaccio di droga e della violenza sessuale.\u00a0Come spiegano le stesse fonti, sulla base delle norme vigenti, il migrante irregolare \u00e8 trattenuto in un Cpr a seguito di una convalida del giudice ed \u00e8 libero in qualsiasi momento di lasciare il centro se accetta il rimpatrio nel Paese di origine.
