(Adnkronos) – “Il futuro del lavoro \u00e8 legato al futuro del rapporto tra umano e macchina, nel senso che fino a oggi, in qualche modo, l’umano \u00e8 stato importante tanto quanto le macchine: nel futuro l’umano sar\u00e0 ancora pi\u00f9 importante delle macchine perch\u00e9, banalmente, le macchine le avranno tutti. Quindi il nostro futuro \u00e8 legato a come e quanto l’essere umano potr\u00e0 essere valorizzato all’interno di un’organizzazione. L’unico modo per cui un essere umano possa essere contento di lavorare \u00e8 se quello che fa manifesta quello che lui \u00e8: il lavoro di domani, dunque, \u00e8 vocazione”. E’ quanto afferma don Luca Peyron, in rappresentanza dell’Istituto italiano per l’Intelligenza Artificiale applicata all’Industria, intervenuto al congresso interregionale dei consulenti del lavoro a Torino.\u00a0<\/p>\n

“L’intelligenza artificiale ci fa paura forse perch\u00e9 abbiamo paura che governi noi – aggiunge – L’IA pu\u00f2 continuare a essere quello che \u00e8, serva e non qualcosa che ci asserve, nella misura in cui siamo pi\u00f9 capaci e pi\u00f9 contenti di sapere dove andare. La questione non \u00e8 frenare la macchina, la questione \u00e8 proprio sapere dove vogliamo andare: a quel punto possiamo tenere il volante in mano, o addirittura accelerare”.\u00a0<\/p>\n
