Due a Soracco"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> (Adnkronos) &#8211; La Corte d&#8217;Assise di Genova ha condannato a 24 anni Anna Lucia Cecere, ritenuta responsabile del delitto di Nada Cella, avvenuto il 6 maggio 1996 a Chiavari nel Genovese.  \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Dopo una camera di consiglio di sei ore, il presidente della Corte Massimo Cusatti ha letto il verdetto di condanna, escluse le aggravanti. Il commercialista Marco Soracco, datore di lavoro di Nada, \u00e8 stato condannato a due anni. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La procura aveva chiesto ergastolo per Cecere e quattro anni per Soracco.  &#8220;Giustizia \u00e8 fatta&#8221;, ha commentato subito dopo la lettura del dispositivo Silvia Cella, cugina di Nada, presente in aula. &#8220;Inaccettabile, ci opporremo&#8221;, ha detto Marco Soracco.
