(Adnkronos) – Trent\u2019anni fa nasceva un\u2019icona: era il 1\u00b0 settembre 1995 quando Rayman debuttava sulla prima PlayStation. In occasione di questo anniversario, Ubisoft torna a parlare del futuro del suo eroe pi\u00f9 iconico, affidando il messaggio a Loic Gounon, brand producer con oltre vent\u2019anni di esperienza sulla serie. In un video pubblicato per celebrare i 30 anni del personaggio, Gounon ha confermato che Ubisoft Montpellier \u2013 lo studio che diede vita a Rayman \u2013 e Ubisoft Milan stanno collaborando a un nuovo progetto dedicato al franchise. "Non aspettatevi novit\u00e0 troppo presto, ma potete stare certi che Rayman \u00e8 in buone mani", ha spiegato, ringraziando i fan che in tre decenni hanno contribuito a mantenerne viva la leggenda.\u00a0Il progetto \u00e8 ancora nelle sue fasi iniziali. Gi\u00e0 nell\u2019ottobre 2024 Ubisoft aveva parlato di una \u201cfase di esplorazione\u201d attorno al brand, seguita a indiscrezioni su un possibile remake. A maggio di quest\u2019anno, Ubisoft Milan ha inoltre pubblicato offerte di lavoro per figure chiave come un senior game designer e un animatore 3D specializzato nel gameplay, destinate proprio a un \u201cprestigioso titolo AAA legato a Rayman\u201d.\u00a0Per celebrare il trentennale, Ubisoft ha annunciato che nei prossimi mesi condivider\u00e0 contenuti speciali con la community: materiali inediti dal dietro le quinte, interviste agli sviluppatori, concept art e curiosit\u00e0 sulle varie incarnazioni della serie.
