E&#8217; quanto ha annunciato il presidente Inps Gabriele Fava, nel corso del suo intervento al Ceo Meeting, in cui il consorzio Elis ha presentato &#8216;GenerAzione Talento&#8217;, il nuovo progetto che valorizza i lavoratori senior.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIl futuro \u00e8 da costruire insieme, non da attenderlo. Noi di Inps cerchiamo di anticipare e governare fenomeni nuovi come l\u2019Ia, tanto che ci abbiamo investito attraverso 38 progetti di cui 23 attivi senza sostituire neanche una risorsa. Entriamo in Elis perch\u00e9 da qui partono cantieri di successo concreti per il Paese. Noi ci vogliamo essere.
