Lo scopo di questa \u00e8 vedere come le imposte dirette riescono a finanziare le spese. Il risultato dell\u2019indagine \u00e8 che siamo arrivati ormai al limite perch\u00e9 per finanziare l\u2019assistenza sociale, il sistema sanitario e il welfare degli enti locali, occorrono tutte le imposte dirette ed un pezzettino di quelle indirette\u201d.
